Cricket Awards Do Bash

The ‘Awards Do’ has been booked at The Plough, Saturday, October 13, 7pm til 9pm followed by Zero One Sound System All Action Ska Party. Let’s make the most of the hospitality at HQ, get in early, cheer on the achievements of the season, drink some beer, then, dance like yer Dad. As we speak, Rob Tinx is slaving away in his grotto knocking something out, hopefully about 25 trophies. Our MC for the evening is yet to be announced. Rest assured that no expense will be incurred on such a prestigious appointment, we’ve only just finished paying the tailor’s bill for the alterations to Johnsey’s tux.

The League re-jig has been finished and it has seen the Sunday Team climb to the dizzy hights of Division 2. The Saturday 1st Team will stay in Division 3 and the 2nd Team will be in Division 4.
