Extraordinary Meeting of the Cowfolk

Meeting to appoint new chair and secretary.

On Monday July 10th at 6:45pm, we need two members from each section of the club (Cowgirls footie, Cowboys cricket, etc) to appoint a new chair and a new secretary, except for CACKK who only need one member to attend. This was the goal of a recent meeting but not all of the sections were represented which is why this extraordinary meeting has been called. It’s really important that the meeting goes ahead and that the new roles can be filled. A Zoom link will also go out so that people can attend online if they can’t make the community centre. The meeting is scheduled to take half an hour in total.
