Work Group

At the meeting it was suggested that the group could

• work on the wording of the club constitution,
• outline content of an induction pack/booklet for new and existing members
• consider how we monitor use of the message board
• provide a point of contact for any issues linked to the values and ethos of the club to be taken to.

The group will bring their suggestions to the next Bi annual General Meeting for the club to vote on. The next BGM will be held in late September. The first meeting of the working group will be held on Monday 24th August 7.30 – 9pm at Hawks Gym. Each team needs to put forward 2 people to attend.
