Netball1 beat Skybound2 by 51-29 and so finish second in Division 8 and are promoted for the third season on the run.

Netball2 lost to Mangotsfield5 7-23.

The Cricket 3rd Team lost to Wrington 2nd Team by 60 runs. On a horrible dry and crumbly pitch Stevo won the toss and put Wrintgon in to bat and they scored 181 for 7 and Gary took 2 wickets for 12 runs off his 8 overs. DC II got smacked in the chops by the ball while standing at square leg and despite needing 5 stitches he still wouldn’t shut up. The Cowboys got 121 for 9 off 38.4 with DC II being declared unfit for purpose despite his willingness to bat. After a great start form our manly opening pair, Stevo hit 27, the middle order collapsed amidst uneven bounce before Gretch pivoted on his back heal like Grandpa Kelly to hit 34 not out.

The Sunday Team lost to PJ Services 2-3 but are still promoted and are still Division 1 Champions.

The Cricket 1st Team had a ding dong battle with Barrow Gurney 2nd Team but lost by 5 wickets. The Cowboys batted 1st hitting 193 for 6 off their 40 overs. Captain Chris hit 71 and Maverik hit 55 not out. Barrow Gurney got the runs in 36.5 overs. Kalu bowled 6 overs for 28 taking 2 wickets.

The 2nd Team had the weekend off.
